Excellent IPA! Tiki Time is a collaboration beer created with Bearded Iris, Pinthouse Pizza, and YCH Hops. Brewed with the intent to showcase a new hop called Sabro, Tiki Time was first brewed at Bearded Iris for CBC this year in Nashville and they decided to brew a batch of their own at CCBC. This hop is known to give flavors and aromas of coconut, mango and other tropical fruit - similar to a Tiki drink!
Tropical, Exotic, very tasty and look forward to drinking the rest. I had on tap at brewery and took 4-pack of 16oz home. Definitely recommend!
I think I actually like it more than Tropicália! It has a coconut flavor, not just aroma. However, I could drink more of the Tropicália at a sitting than this because of the coconut flavor.
