Absolutely one of my favorites from Creature Comforts. I think this tops Koko Buni for taste, appearance, smell and overall. It's 12% but it doesn't taste like 12%. I wish this was available more often.

Full, silky MF (due to lactose). Carbonation on palate causes notes to "explode" -- chocolate is there but to sweet for me!

Appearance - Pours jet black with a huge mocha colored head with excellent retention. Sheets of lacing around the glass.
Aroma - I could smell the chocolate when I cracked the can and started pouring. A combination of sweet milk chocolate and bitter chocolate. Light vanilla roasted malts very rich decadent aroma almost truffle like.
Taste - Taste follows the nose more bitter chocolate than sweet lots of vanilla. There is also some charred oak coming through pretty strong.
Feel - Super creamy and smooth nice dry finish I had no idea this thing was 12% until I just looked. No alcohol coming through anywhere.
Overall - Very well done pours like motor oil, smells like chocolate cake and wonderful chocolate flavors balanced with vanilla.
