Pours a chill hazed deep straw with effervescence streaming up through powder-like particulates, producing 2.5 fingers of white, shortlived, dense, effervescent foam head that leaves a respectable splotchy lacing. The aroma has a low malt profile but I detect a slight grainy wheat. It is crisp, dry and acidic with hints of pineapple, lemon, coriander and brine in the wheat backbone. Taste opens with a tinge of sweetness among the pineapple, lemon, coriander and wheat it is rapidly overridden by salinity & lactic acid sourness with hints of pale malt in a peppery, clean, crisp, dry finish. Aftertaste is thin pineapple and watermelon rind blended with salty lemon. Mouthfeel is light-medium bodied with moderate-high carbonation; puckering, drawing, prickly & dry.

Presentation: 12 oz. can with the canning and best by dates printed on the bottom. Served in a goblet.
Appearance: The bright white, one finger head goes away fairly quickly and leaves behind a thin foam ring. There's a lot of lacing in patches and spots all over the glass and it's a hazy, bright yellow color.
Smell: It's a soft smell with the dominant note being pineapple. There's also a hint of lemon in the background but that's pretty much it.
Taste: The sour lemon and herbal coriander notes come through first. Then a sweet, pineapple hard candy note balances things out and finally there's a slight yogurt note in the background.
Mouthfeel: It's medium bodied, slightly creamy and refreshing with medium-low carbonation.
Overall: There's a prevalent fruity, refreshing character to the beer but also some additional notes that make it a bit more complex and more fun to drink.

Big, frothy snow white head, fairly quickly fading to nothing, and leaving behind only spots of lacing. Body is a pale lemon yellow with slight haze, translucent and nearly transparent.
Slightly tart on the nose, along with wheat and hay, but there's a sugary sweetness present - likely the pineapple.
Quite tart up front! The pineapple quickly comes through, as well, adding a tropical mixer kind of feel to the beer (an experience about which I am torn). Decent lemon presence, although it is a little lost both between the pineapple sweetness and the lactobacillus sourness. A touch of must and wheat, and a moderately salty finish.
Smooth, crushable, very easy drinking.
The pineapple nearly - but not quite - makes this come across like a very low ABV mixed drink. It's quite enjoyable overall, but I think I would like it better without the pineapple. It's a touch too sugary sweet for my preference. The up front sourness is quite a nice surprise, however.

ON: 01/04/19, poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint
Slightly hazy straw with short-lived foamy white head with a band of scrappy lacing at the top
Sweatsock on first whiff but fades to a soft lemon-lime and pineapple with sour wheat malt
Flavor is light but clear with fruity orange-lemon and light pineapple on the finish. Malt is tangy wheat and he sourness is restrained.
Feel is light but not quite as crisp and refreshing as I was looking for. Maybe more carbonation?
An enjoyable light sour gose with some lemon-lime-orange and pineapple accents. Nice summer beer.

12oz can from Sprayberry Bottle Shop (Marietta, GA). 3.29. Canned 12/23/18. Served in a Creature Comforts nonic pint. Enjoyed 1/24/19.
Pours a hazy, pale straw yellow with a dense cap of white froth. That initial head dissipates quickly, leaving little retention.
Smells of pineapple, soured wheat, desweetened lemon and mild spice.
There’s a tasty punch of pineapple that cuts through the initial tart flavor. Sour wheat, lemon peel, salt and a little bit of vague spice.
Light feel with light carbonation. Pineapple and lemon linger in the tart, earthy finish.
Creature Comforts puts a fresh spin on their gose here. Cool to see another canned Tritonia variant. As much as I like pineapple- and this does deliver some nice, authentic pineapple- I find the cucumber lime iteration a bit more refreshing.

Appearance: Pours a hazed, golden-hued body with a smallish, white head.
Smell: Sweet-scented wheatiness with a noted salinity and scents of pineapple chunks and lemon.
Taste: Sweetish, honey-tinged wheat with a tiny bit of toastiness to it. A fairly good dose of salt drops in. Fruity pineapple and (thanks for not going the Pledge furniture polish route) lemon are both soundly flavorful, but are kept in check and don't come across as artificial-tasting. A bit of brine remaining for the fruity, softening finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body.
Overall: They went with two flavors that can GO AWRY quickly in a beer, particularly lemon. So, while I didn't love it (it was quite fine), I felt both ingredients were used rather well.

Pours a cloudy yellow with two fingers of white head.
Smells of pineapple and lemon, a touch of salt.
Taste follows, light pineapple and lemon. Not as salty as I typically associate with a gose.
Light bodied, crisp, refreshing.
Overall a good gose, really wish this was a summer beer.
