16 ounce can, dated 1/28/19. Poured into a lagunitas mason jar.
Poured a slightly hazy golden yellow, two plus fingers of white head. Whispy lacing sticks to the glass and small bubbles stream from the bottom of the glass.
Pineapple, lemon, floral graininess nose.
Much of the same tastes as the nose. That doesn’t mean it’s boring in any way. Floral, stinky mango, cracker malts, lemon peel. Faint guava on the very end. There is some sweetness but it is balanced by these new world hops.
Light body, perfectly carbonated and crisp finish.
I’m glad breweries are brewing more and more pilsners. And experimenting by adding non traditional hops. In this case, Mosaic hops were a success.

Shared 16 oz can from the brewery in Athens.
Hazy pale golden body with a decent white head.
Feel: Light but not watery with lively medium carbonation.
Nice aroma with good strength and complexity. Good balance yet exceptionally flavorful for style.
Overall: A bold, well done if unorthodox Pilsner.
