This cowboy of a stout was inspired by the beautiful alfajores cookie from Argentina. The magical combination of coconut and dulce de leche creates decadent layers on top of this imperial stout.

WOW! Started my pour and no signs of a head developing so I got more aggressive. Al of a sudden BAM! The head popped up and almost over ran my pint glass. It was so thick I had to check to see if it was a nitro brew. Smell and taste of caramel and chocolate. I bumped the Taste down from the Smell because the sweetness is overpowering. Very thick and oily from the head to the liquid. I believe I could pour this over vanilla ice cream and it would be a great topper.

I really liked this beer...
Though advertised to be boozy from what was on the can art, and it was, it wasn't entirely booze forward. What impressed me most was the balanced flavor of the cocoa, hops, chocolate, and booze - it just all worked together so well - at the very least, for me. Ultimately, isn't that what counts the most? :)

A lovely winter treat. An imperial stout with toasted coconut and dulce de leche poured from a 1 pint can. Nice roasted and toasty flavors in the base stout, with notes of bitter chocolate. The dulce de leche adds a sweet creamy nuttiness, especially when the coconut notes creep in. Very satisfying.

Really pleasant drink. Nice taste and the smell is pretty great as well. I went in with some expectations just knowing creature comfort and it exceeded it by a little.
