The Curious No. 13 is an imperial stout (13.9%) aged in a bourbon barrel then a port barrel. As we are always continuously exploring the flavors of our beers and how they work with different processes, ingredients, and time, we decided to experiment by putting some of the base beer from Existence into a port barrel after it matured in a bourbon barrel.
