16 ounce can - $5.00 at Woodstock Beer Market in Woodstock, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a very (very) dark brown body with a slim, short-lived, tan-toned head.
Smell: Robust roasty dark maltiness with plenty of chocolate sauce, earthy pecans, slight dark fruitiness, vanilla creme spiked with a bit of spice and alcohol.
Taste: Roasty dark malts with a rich chocolaty tone, generous handful of cinnamon-spiced pecan brittle and hint of vanilla. Sensibly sweet, without being too overbearing, thankfully. Slight underlying fruitiness. Warming alcohol presence throughout.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium carbonation. Lightly silky mouthfeel.
Overall: Pleasant.
