16 ounce can - $5.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a lightly hazy, straw-yellow body with a finger-high cap of white foam. Light lacing.
Smell: Soft wheat-loaf nose given a pleasant lift from tropical, stonefruit-scented hops.
Taste: Grainy wheaty flavor with a restrained golden syrup sweetness transitions to a tangy fruity mixture of guava, unripe apricot, lychee, lemonade powder and tangerine. Light bitterness. Holds that emphasis on its fruity aspects through the creamy yet still a bit crisp finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation but with a bit of zip to it. Lightly creamy mouthfeel.
Overall: More than a bit Oberonesque and an enjoyable wheat ale overall. A 5.2% wheat ale this tasty would really give Fire Maker a run for that Brewski Award!

Poured from a 16oz can dated 5/18 into a Teku glass with two fingers’ worth of frothy white, dissipating slowly. Aromas of honey, esters, melon. Color is a slightly hazy pale golden orange, full bodied and highly carbonated with notes of cantaloupe and orange juice. Finish is clean and just slightly bitter, but very well balanced. Overall, would recommend.
