Appearance: Pale yellow, well-hazed a bit milky. Airy, white head with a sudsy lacing on the descent.
Smell: Tropical tones of pineapple, muskmelon, pink guava wrapped in soft florals and stirred up with homemade oat milk.
Taste: Hay-hewn malts, oat dust. Minimally sweet. Floral, scantly sourish tropical fruitiness. Subtle, restrained dank quality. Lightly bitter. Late arrival of lemon and more florals through the juicy, acidic yet soft finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation with a bit of zip about it.
Overall: Not bad.
