An aggressive pour into a pint glass resulted in a 2-finger foamy white head topping a hazy, very pale straw colored ale. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing as well. This one was canned just last month in March. Spring is available from February through April.
The aroma is very yeast forward. It smells sweet, is bready with some light coriander spice, orange peel and a touch of lemon grass. Smells very refreshing.
The taste follows the aroma. White bread crust and sweet citrus up front and the coriander balances everything on the backend. The finish is bone dry, with a very slight bitterness. This is incredibly similar to the Allagash White, and is also similar to the St. Bernardus Wit. The mouthfeel is smooth, medium-bodied and the finish dries the mouth. It demands another sip. This really gets you in the mood for spring, although I'm drinking it a bit late. It's a great value at a little under $2 a can in a sixer. I really like this and highly recommend it. Cheers y'all!

12 oz can from Athens, Georgia with a 23 January 2025 canning date stamped on the bottom.
Appearance. Pale golden body with an excellent white head.
Aroma. Belgian White Ale.
The flavor follows with a harmonious, moderately spicy rendition of the style that seems a little less bitter than average.

I pulled this out of my beer fridge on the last day of Spring 2024, glad I did...
I was pleasantly surprised by this brew as well. It has a yellow color to it, slightly cloudy and a head with good staying power. The taste was mostly muted but you could still pull out a wheaty smell and some hop bitterness on the nose. Mouthfeel was light and crisp and the taste had a distinct citrus flavor with its strong wheaty backbone. Overall, I enjoyed this quite a bit and I think I might have one more to try...
