On draft at Brews On the Square in Pendleton, SC.
Appearance. Black body with a very good tan head.
This has a pronounced coffee aroma with a markedly more subdued coffee component in the flavor. Well balanced with mild bitterness.

16 oz can dated 1/28/25
Opaque ebony color with two fingers varied tan head; full curtain lacing and surface cap.
Rich coffee and toffee aromas.
Coffee, roast malt, light toffee and vanilla flavors, bitter light vegetal aftertaste.
Full-bodied, good carbonation, my can was about a month past the best by date and tasted fine.
Very nice coffee stout.

16 ounce can - $4.50 at Woodstock Beer Market in Woodstock, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a black body with a nicely frothed, sandy-beige head. Moderate lacing on the way down.
Smell: Fully roasted, everso slightly fruity coffee bean aroma.
Taste: Dark, roasty maltiness with touches of toast, milk chocolate, frothed creme and dark caramel while all the while there's a lovely coffeebean quality being woven into and through the flavor. Subtly fruity and having a subtle acidic coffee bite nearing the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. A decidedly creamy, smooth mouthfeel.
Overall: A rather good coffee stout. It has a likable coffee flavor with a well-built beer underneath that fully supports the bean.
