Clear pale yellow brew with plenty of foam in the Piraat tulip. Sprightly and sharp on the tongue. Intriguing aroma of grass and citrus with a whiff of onion and the barnyard. Quite dry. Flavors of bread, lemon peel, and dankness. Seriously bitter aftertaste. Overall this is quite powerfully flavored and should appeal to the West Coast IPA enthusiast.
