Appearance: Displays a reddish-amber body, clearing with a light ivory-colored head with the faintest twinge of pink to it.
Smell: Toasted breadcrust, funky foeder, blitzed cherries.
Taste: Toasted, toffee w/ a medium level of sweetness and a housing a small hint of cinnamon-like spice. Lightly fetid wood. A healthy schmear of cherry. A moderate, sustained acidity alongside a bright cherry tone through the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-light carbonation.
Overall: Enjoyable.
