Brewed in collaboration with Ale Sharpton. An imperial stout brewed with vanilla and cocoa nibs.

Indecipherable canned on date. Poured into a small snifter.
A: Dark brown with short tan head with a few scraps of lacing.
S: Vanilla very strong but fades with warming. Plenty of milk chocolate and medium caramel.
T: Flavor has a lot of vanilla but it has some of the chemical nature. Milk chocolate with medium caramel and light roast malt. Light penny/metallic aftertaste.
M: Light-medium body with very dry dusty feel. Not lush and very spare.
O: Piano Keys is not up my alley as a flavored imperial stout.

Typical dark liquid with a sandy head. Some syrup lacing on the glass. Vanilla, chocolate and coffee notes that I feel are lacking body. Feel is somewhat watery. Not a bad brew but for the priced I paid there are stouts that have a much better ROI (Return On Investment).
