I visited Toll Bridge Brewing last weekend; they've been only open about 7 weeks now, occupying the old Hops & Seed brewery. They've built a nice community there already, it seems, with lots of regulars in the taproom and generally a really nice vibe. There's maybe half a dozen tables, and a few seats at the bar and along the walls. I got good service up at the bar -- it seems like a nice family-run place.
They had 4 of their beers, plus a guest beer, on tap when I visited, plus a few ciders and wines. Their beers were an American pilsner, raspberry witbier, apricot saison, and fresh hop IPA. What I had was decent overall, with the pilsner being darn good; they're still new, though, and I look forward to going back and seeing how the beer improves over time.
