Our Kellerpils is a crisp, refreshing beer with a pleasant hop bitterness. Brewed with fine Saphir aroma hops, the Kellerpils is a popular aperitif or an ideal accompaniment to fish dishes and light meals.

Poured from 330mL swing-top bottle into my Higgins Ale Works tulip. Best by 1/15/26.
Appearance: dark golden hue with a clear body, plenty of effervescence, and a thick head of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: a lot of biscuity malt, combined with a pronounced yeastiness that has just a little bit of a peppery element. It’s not really my jam, but it doesn’t seem to be bad quality.
Taste: biscuity and bready, like the aroma, with a similar yeastiness. There’s a fair dose of bitterness here, as well. Again, not my jam really, but not terrible.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: while this beer isn’t so bad, it’s not really formulated to my taste.
