Obec Pivo pours a dark copper approaching black with garnet highlights with a thick off-white head. The aroma is clean with hints of roast, toffee, dried dark fruits, and bread crust. The flavor is deep and complex with discernible flavors of caramel, toffee, mild roast, mild coffee, plum, almond, and more. A moderately low noble hop profile balances the malt with a subtle floral earthiness and spice.
