Ridge Line pours a beautiful amber color. The aroma is classic American pale ale drawing from the Cascade, Chinook, and Simcoe dry hop. The aroma is candied citrus rind with notes of wet pine wood and just a hint of dank. The light mouthfeel ushers a simple malt flavor carrying loads of classic Cascade pale ale flavor highlighted by sweet grapefruit and tangerine with subtle woody pine. The sip finishes light with just a bit of floral and resinous flavor hanging on the tongue. Definitely an easy drinker.
