South Street Streusel pours a deep caramel-amber with a white head. The aroma is pastry-sweet with strong cinnamon and apple aromas with a backbone of maple. The sip is medium bodied and initially Vienna malt-forward before the apple and cinnamon take over. The maple sweetness quickly follows to be joined again by a lingering strong cinnamon flavor.
