Brauerei Schanzenbräu

Our bus tour group stopped here for a tour of the brewery. This is the production facility of this brewery, plus there is a retail store here that is open 10-2, M-F for beers to go and swag. Brewery tours are offered via a scheduling option on the website. It's a very good tour. Our group enjoyed a beer and a pretzel before the start, then we had a sample from a lagering tank during the tour, and then a beer (or two) at the end. It is worth the time. The taproom had 9 beers available, including their NA option (which was very good for an NA beer), some on tap and some in bottles. The store had many of their beers, some in two different bottle sizes.
