Local legend tells us that as the leaves change and the harvest moon rises in the sky, something happens at the Red Rooster Brew Werks and Distillery. Our Cochin Bantam Amber Ale transforms into our Oktoberfest märzen beer. Along with the malty dry finish, we’ve added Liberty hops which adds a subtle woody flavor. It’s rumored that drinking this beer leads to a desire to dress in lederhosen and dance among the trees to the accordion and tuba.
