Double Elbow Beer

Inputs & Outputs celebrates the "little weirdsies" that make Czech-style beers so compelling. We used a combination of oddball pilsner malts, boiled part of the mash, fermented it extra cold, and hopped it with one variety you've probably never heard of and one you almost certainly forgot existed. It's surprisingly big and bold for a little beer, and it begs for repeat consumption.

Malt: Troubadour Pevec, Super Pevec (CO)
Hops: HBC 1134 (WA), Mount Hood (OR)
Yeast: 34/70 Lager
