-Sour IPA with mango and Azacca.
A: Milky orange juice density screams juicy, with tons of yeasty and hop character cloudiness. A short lived fizzy white head doesn't stand a chance as it lapses quickly to a polished bright surface. Some subtle floaties dance about in the carbonation. The bright golden milky orange is milkshake delight in a glass and what haze head dreams are made of. A breakfast beer.
S: Tart tangerine, with a light orange flowery bitterness. Big notes of orange-pineapple tropical hops fills the nose with a wet and delightful sense. Milky creaminess, wet citrus and mangoes, along with some breakfast fruit of honeydew that was well blended with a strong, solid strength.
T: Nice smack of sourness hits you upfront for flavor. Tart and sour orange-pineapple tropical hops drip with juicy resins. Wet and juicy, creamy mangoes, tropical fruit of apricots with some grapefruit melon add tons of depth and tropical-citrus flavors. Yeasty tropical sourness, fine-tuned, with just the right amount of kick for fans of the style, but smooth enough and gentle for the newcomer. Creamy orange malt, herbal lemon-pine hops hints.
M: Exceptionally smooth character, o.j. fullness and bulk, good sour kick with a ton of mineral content to give this a spike and some texture. A very low carbonation factor adds to the silky feel with some acidic nature.
O: Overall the blending of the sourness and juicy tropical hops are no doubt fine tuned with a exceptional balance. Smooth with a strong point of drinkability. Best of both worlds, juicy, tart, and sour tropical delight with a big creamy haziness and mouthfeel.
