16 ounce can, no dating that I noticed on the label or can. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this! Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head that stayed around for a while. There's also a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like roasted malt, coconut, dark chocolate, cream and some dark fruit. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some coffee, burnt/charred malt and dark bready flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is full, it's smooth and creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good overall brew, worth picking up if you come across some!

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This solid little stout pours a rich obsidian with
a nice head of brwon foam that settles to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and
sports some light lacing. Nose of dark chocolate, vanilla, cream, char, and touches
of coconut and brulee amongst dark coffee and earthy malts. Flavors find their
mark with dark chocolate, coconut, cream, char, brulee, earthy malts, dark coffee,
and dark fruit notes of blackberry and blueberry. Mouth feel is full, smooth, rich,
coating, moderately warming, lightly creamy, and finishing with a nice bitter malt
note.
Overall, this is a solid lightly frilled robust imperial....would love to try it in a barrel!
Sweet but not cloying, well done!
Cheers
