New England Style IPA with Mosaic and Enigma Hops
Brewed with flaked oats and unmalted wheat. Deep expressions of pine, earth, and forest berries. Given our standard water treatment for a nice smooth mouthfeel that will make you say, "fuck this stupid railing!"

A: Pours a murky milky pale golden orange juice yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale orange + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a small to medium sized patch of very thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, berry, pine, and earthy hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with minimal amounts of sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, berry, pine, and earthy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving lingering zest citrus hop flavor.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly chewy with a light amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a slightly chewy though soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a different hop profile than typically found in NEIPAs but still very well constructed.
