The can says North Haven, CT. Dunno why the page says PA. Also there's two entries. I'm posting on the older of the two with the picture. My can matches this page's picture. Also this page's description says strawberry--It's not, it's raspberry, I assure you.
L: Roll the can first. There is residual on the bottom. You don't pay $7 a can to leave your beer in it. After my roll and pour, it's brownish pale red. It's not brown otherwise. Hazy from lactose, with Lots of sugar or whatever, the gnats are going right for it.
S: Powerful aroma. Fresh raspberry puree. Hint of Coco. Mildly soured. That's about it. My friend says it smells like a milk chocolate candy bar with raspberry.
T: Oh... quite nice. Sweet and sour. The lactose adds a cream note, for raspberries and cream. An honest can--Both the description and the picture (A pitcher with a layer of raspberry, cream, granola, cream, raspberry, and whipped cream topped with granola, with a chocolate bar on the side.)
F: Wonderful finish. It's an aperitif, or maybe dessert, not really something you slam 4 pints of in an evening.
O: A raspberry chocolate parfait. It's one of the better dessert beers that I've come across. It makes Left Hand Brewing's Flamingo Dreams look like an absolute joke.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
