L- Hazy, juicy, .....2 fingered white fluffy head,. Lacing is thick.......good retention on head and lacing

S-Lemon / Lime......mango...papaya

T-Similar to the nose....citrus, greatfruit, pineapple, mango

F- prickly carb......medium.....slight dry finish

O- very good.....first brew from this brewery, will certainly try again

I way excited to try this due to my unfamiliarity with the Wai-iti hop. This New Zealand varietal really comes through in a delicioys, juicy double IPA. The nose has lots of fresh citrus, notably lime. The taste follows the lime and adds strong ripe pineapple notes. It finishes with a bit of a bite and some spice on the tongue, and a little alcohol burn. Overall, a really flavorful brew that is pretty well balanced.
