Can to snifter.
LOOK: thick hazy dark yellow, creamy off white head. good legs.
AROMA: grass, earth/mineral.
TASTE: lots of grass, earth mineral follow, same as aroma, little citrus hint in finish
FEEL: medium creamy, medium to full body, smooth,
Good for centennial which is a bit pedestrian imho compared to other hop varieties.

Was looking forward to a west coast ipa but this is different. This is a NEIPA with centennial hops. It has an interesting mix of East/west coast flavors but at its core it’s a NEIPA. This is my second fog and I assume they start with the same base and then feature a single hop. I think the base beer lends itself better to the fruitier hops but the centennial hop does provide an interesting contrast. Different from what I expected but an excellent beer nonetheless.
