This is a hazy IPA in the lower alcohol range. Big foam in the narrow Kolsch glass. Aroma of peach and something spicy. Taste is fruity and sharp. The hop flavors are distinct and actually quite interesting and taste peppery and spicy. Some flavor of peach and wood. The acidity is not bothersome and the aftertaste is rather bitter with some astringency. Overall this is an intriguing brew that is quite refreshing and worth trying for the unusual hop flavors. From the 12 oz can with no decipherable date.

A: cloudy; pale gold in color; 1+ finger finely pored white head that receded to a wispy cap; OK lacing;

S: pineapple with hints of orange and grapefruit;

T: flavor is muted; what's there is orange with pineapple; mild bitterness at the end;

M: light to medium bodied; moderate carbonation; dry finish;

O: not enough flavor to interest me;

12 oz can from Total Wine and More in Short Pump, VA. The ale poured a cloudy, light tan with a foamy white head and lacing. The aroma of tropical fruit and citrus greets you. The flavors are more tropical fruit and nice hop bitterness in the upper mouth. The aftertaste is full of hop bitterness, grapefruit. The ale has a medium body and soft-average carbonation.

Hazy orange color with a respectable foamy white head and some nice lacing.
The aroma is tropical fruiut with some grassy notes.
The taste is grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, mango and a light caramel background. The finish is dry with some lingering citrus zest and grassy herbal notes, moderate bitterness, good balance. The body is medium, good carbonation level, fairly smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a fairly tasty and refreshing brew, should go well with most food, not spectacular but well done.

From a twelve ounce aluminum can, this one is a very milky, hazy, pale straw color with a tall white head. The head is rocky, leaves a ton of lace, and is impressive. The aroma of this brew has some tropical fruit notes...pineapple, citrus, mango, melon. It's not over the top, but it is the dominant aroma. The taste is balanced, with a bit of grass and grain flavors underneath. Medium body. This is a tasty and refreshingly bright beer.

12oz can. Poured a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of fluffy foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of orange, caramel, toffee and some pine. Sweet tropical fruit taste with caramel and a sharp bitterness.

Pours hazy color of orange, maybe like grapefruit juice. Nice white thick head. Leaves some nice lacing. Nose is similar to grapefruit juice. Taste does not hold up to nose and does not have a lot of citrus flavors. Decent beer, not great, but decent.

While certain aspects of this beer certainly benefit from the lessened sweetness of a low abv percentage, there just is not enough goin on here. 4.5% is just too low for cloudy ipas. Neipa sessions just don't work in the same way that west coast session ipas do. The double dry hopping is the saving grace here, giving you the fresh, green, hop note that livens the experience.
