Cloudy orange color with lots of suspended sediment/pulp and a decent off white head.
The aroma is tart tropical fruit.
The taste is very tart pineapple, passion fruit and guava, notes of apple cider vinegar, mild bitterness.
The body is full, moderate carbonation, fairly smooth and drinkable.
Altogether, this is a pretty tasty brew if you like your fruit puckeringly tart. It is refreshing and should go well with hearty or spicy fare, well done
