Subtle pumpkin and vanilla flavor on this refreshing and drinkable, yet still creamy milkshake ipa

12oz can from Halftime. Hazy yellow pour, ring of white head. Vanilla aroma with some savory notes. Taste brings cinnamon and a light dose of the normal pumpkin spice. Creamy smooth, mildly sweet and light fall flavors.

A decent twist on the pumpkin ale...
This milkshake IPA twist was a good try - it was. The beer looked pretty decent, smelled delicious, and had both a light, airy taste and mouthfeel. The only problem I had is that it fell short of it's advertised milkshake prowess. Other than that, it was definitely something off the well beaten path.

From the can, it pours a hazy/milky yellow color with a modest white head that soon diminishes and leaves lacing. The nose gets IPA style citrus with notes of vanilla and a bit of pumpkin pie spice. The mouth follows with a pleasant citrusy bite with notes of vanilla and spice.

Yellow gold with a hazy complexion. There’s a half inch of dishwater white on top. Light, soapy lacing is present. The aroma is of lime hops, lactose, and pumpkin pie spice. I’m tasting lime hops, pumpkin pie spice, lactose, and vanilla. The mouth is easygoing and approachable.
