From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This odd ball pours a pureed broccoli color
with a thick head of white foam that settles to thick ring, thin layer, and
spots some funky lacing. Nose of abrasive hops, heavy herbal notes, and
tart sweet elements. Flavors follow the nose with lightly sour/tart sweet tart
like notes (sour gummies) and strong herbal and a touch of pine hops over
light honey malt and light oats. Mouth feel is medium, light carbonation,
and a strong herbal finish that is lightly tart/sour.
Overall, one of those ideas drunk brewers have that culminates into
reality......with the idea being better left on the drawing board.
That and the color is....well...healthy looking and a touch off putting.....like
my vitamix barfed up a broccoli smoothie.....wow....
