Copenhagen 14/8 2025. 44 cl can from Drik Beer web-shop. Some skeletal fellows doing a bit of farming on the can.
Pours opaque, murky, muddy purple with a small off-white head. Bubbly. Disappears after a few seconds. No traces of for - and no lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet pastry odor mingling with a tart scent Sweet raspberry and blueberry. Milk chocolate. Milkshake. Whiff of fermentation. Tart citrus and tangerine.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, a bit viscous, creamy texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sourish with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry and extremely fruity.
Damn ugly berry jam.
