Poured a medium straw hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a light graininess offset by a mild peppery hop.
The taste was well balanced and light. A good light malt grain and gentle hop spice.
The mouthfeel was light and crisp.
Overall a very drinkable summer beer. A nice refreshing kolsch.
