On draft at the brewery.
Poured a deep copper hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured some piney and herbal hops with a clean doughy malt.
The taste was round and herbal with a vibrant hop spiciness that was countered just a hair by the soft malts.
The mouthfeel was toward the lighter side of the style.
Overall a tasty and very user friendly DIPA.

A – Redish gold. Fine bubbled, bone-white head holds up with nice retention and leaves a nice lace.
S – Bright woody / herbal hop. Fresh cut grass. Faint malt and lemon.
T – Dry, almost dusty hop character. Cilantro and rosemary. Touch of matly sweetness in the middle. Lingering herbal finish.
M – Medium light body. Nice carbonation. Despite the big hop character, the beer ends with a restrained bitter / sweet finish.
O – A nice DIPA. Little light in flavor and a touch sweet, but I’m nitpicking.
