Picked up a growler of this from the Publick House and drank the next day
Poured an opaque black with thick tan head that dissipates quicker than expected, but left good lacing.
Aroma is of roasted grain and coffee
The taste follows the smell with big coffee notes and light carbonation.
It is not as full bodied as I'd expect, but this increases the drinkability.
Little to no presence of alcohol. I would have gladly finished the growler personally, but was happy enough sharing this fine beer

Poured a deep black color with a very small tan head. Head disapeared but left some lacing. Hard aromas of burnt coffee and grain. Taste is very smoky with charcoal, wood, and roasted coffee beans dominating. There is also a distinct hop presence that compliments the brew nicely. Very drinkable too, especially considering the alcohol content.

Poured a deep black hue with a half finger creamy tan head. There was decent retention and lacing.
The smell featured a good burnt grain with hints of coffee and smoke. Clean spicy hop as well.
The taste consisted of an up front smokey roasted grain with strong coffee and dark chocolate elements.
The mouthfeel was chewy with a mild alcohol presence.
Overall a very nice stout. Very drinkable and similar to the Espresso Stout.
