New IPA seems everyone is doing a Mosaic IPA now sitting at 64 IBU's and its great one of the better ones I have had.
Pours a bright clear golden color with a two finger white head that leaves some sparse lace.
Aroma is wonderful lots of juicy fruity tropical fruit notes back by good sweet bready malts and floral notes.
Taste is like the nose nice fruity and juicy hops flavors are around on a lightly sweet bread base malt. Finish is nice and dry only medium bitterness just loads of hop flavors. A wonderful easy drinking enjoyable IPA.
Mouthfeel is about medium with medium level of carbonation.
Overall not sure if I was just in the mood for this today or its wonderful either way took a growler home with me and its still wonderful so defiantly worth trying.
