This straw-colored lager was brewed with flaked corn, and we added a generous portion of lime and a hint of sea salt.

A: Pours a very lightly hazy pale straw yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale lemon yellow + pale yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall fizzy sudsy foamy bright white head that quickly reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of freshly squeezed lime juice over the top of light to moderate aromas of grainy malts with light to moderate amounts of corn adjunct sweetness. Light aromas of lager yeast and brininess. Hints of grassy hops.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of grainy malts with a light to moderate amount of corn adjunct sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of lager yeast and a light amount of brininess. Then there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of freshly squeezed lime juice. Finally there are light flavors of grassy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away pretty quickly leaving a clean finish.
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshing light + crisp + clean mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a touch of brininess + freshly squeezed lime juice, pairs well with some home made tacos + quesadillas. I could easily have a few of these.
