Copenhagen 1/12 2025. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. White label with a very colorful rendering of one of the Herons residing in one of the parks in Frederiksberg.
Pours unclear murky amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. A bit of residue whirling about. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing
Aroma is medium intense with a light odor of ripe stone fruits and sweet malts. Mingling with citrus fruit. Dry vibe. Carsmel. Peach and apricot. Citrus and lemon. A bit tart.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit Finish is dry.
Solid, nice and bitter. A drink for proud Herons.
