Preview of "Drops of Anger" - Bettybryg - tonight at the Betty Nansen Theater. An Amber ale, with a wonderful taste of malt and a bit of sweetness. Enjoy

Copenhagen 1/2 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Very artistic portrait of Betty Nansen on the label.
Pours hazy reddish amber with an off-white head. Settles as thin lonely patch hanging on to one side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is sweet and a little spicy. Caramel with a hint of licorice, citrus, brown sugar and an undefined sourness.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick texture.
Flavor is fairly sweet followed by medium sour bitterness. Aftertaste is caramel with lighter sour notes. A little watery.
Drinkable but not very interesting.
