Copenhagen 4/3 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Drawing of stylized Frederiksberg skyline on the label.
Gives a loud pop when uncapped and is rather foamy. Pours dirty, hazy yellow - to the point of opacity - with a big white, dense head. Settles as 4 cm thick blanket of foam.
Aroma is a bit dampened by the blanket of foam. On the tart side. Not so much sweet lemonade as in many Weiss beer. Tart citrus, acidity with sharp notes.
Light carbonation and soft, creamy texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by more prominent tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour.
A little unbalanced and kind of thin but if you like lemon juice this might be your thing.
