Pours opaque pale yellow with a small white head. Settles as patchy thin layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense. Malty sweetness with strong hints off roasted caramel. Notes of citrus and grass.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by prominent citric sourness. Aftertaste is sour but fairly short.
Lives up to its name as a Spring Beer - Fresh and fruity.
