Scout was our beautiful 10 year old German Shepherd that we lost too soon in January of '25. Scout was brave, fearless and always by our side. We miss her dearly everyday. We brewed our flagship IPA, an American-style IPA in her honor.

Pours a luminous yellow amber color, in the light it almost looks like it glows. I don't really get a lot from the aroma, mostly grain. Taste wise, it's hoppy but has an odd aftertaste that I can't quite place nor know how to describe. It's not unpleasant, but I feel that it definitely detracts a bit from the overall vibe, it goes well with food though. I"m not sure I would buy this one again.
