Frederiksberg 29/4 2026. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C. Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruits mingling with a tart scent of citrus fruit. Apricot and peach. Citrus and lime. Hint of pine tree.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fresh and dry on a sunny spring day.
