Rørvig 17/10 2018. 50 cl bottle from Spar outside Rørvig. Green version of Rørvig Bryghus’ usual design with some Corn Ears. Certified Biodynamic.
Pours clear yellow with big white head. Settles as 3 cm thick layer of foam. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is quite malty and bready. Some rough grassy bitterness. Arm sweat.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, Soft texture. Bordering on being flat.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a bit.
A bit flat but has a decent bitterness and ok balance.
