Part of the stamp on the bottom of the can is on the rim and is hard to decipher, but it appears to read: "CANNED ON 05/10/2021 0949 HELLES YEAH!"
Appearance: The body is a light gold color. It has a good deal of haze where everything on the other side of the glass looks like a crisp shadow. The head is very short and white which fades out to a very thin layer on the surface of the beer along with a sparse ring. No lacing.
Aroma: There isn't much aroma here. Occasionally there is a very light hint of an evergreen-like scent but it is very difficult to detect.
Taste: Up front there is a lime and pine character which is nice. It sours a bit towards the center of the mouth and this sour lime flavor accentuates. Towards the back of the palate it is bitter lime and it tapers off.
Mouthfeel: It is light bodied and crisp but there is this unnecessary tartness to the beer. There is also this pithy unwelcome bitterness.
Overall: It is a drinkable beer but the can clearly states that this is a "HELLES LAGER" and it doesn't deliver. As a whole I wouldn't recommend it and it's not something I'd pick up again, but it's drinkable but it every element is out of place in this beer.

A: The beer is clear golden yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that rapidly dissipated, leaving a narrow collar around the edge and some specks of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light aromas of cracker malts are present in the nose along with hints of honey and bits of floral hops.
T: The taste follows the smell but has stronger notes of floral and spicy hops along with hints of honey. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked the contrast of the sweetness of the malts/honey and the bitterness of the hops in the taste of this beer.
