They Mostly Come at Night...Mostly is an 8.6% Imperial Stout, brewed with crushed red peppers, cinnamon & Sigmunds Pretzels. An intensely-flavored imperial stout with a nice spicy kick to it thanks to the crushed red pepper, it's present but not over powering by any means. The cinnamon adds a nice subtle spicy sweetness that and a few boxes of the amazing Sigmunds Pretzels rounds out the beer to a tasty treat. Enjoy, but be careful!

16 ounce can direct from the source in Sunnyside a few weeks ago..."2/3/21" dating info stamped on the bottom.
"Made with cinnamon, red pepper and pretzels"
Pours dark and stout like, darkest shades of brown, and lifts a long lasting dark mocha cap. Also ringed sheeting and scattered bits and bands of lacing left behind... fine looking offering.
On the nose its dark malts, spicy cinnamon, and yes, a hint of chilis.
Delicious and well crafted American style imperial stout....notes of underlying dark chocolate, then emits a healthy hit of hot and spicy chilis/pepper as well as a back note of the cinnamon...chili heat is quite apparent..with lingering heat on the walls of the mouth and the tongue.
Great stuff, fine night capper...go get some
