Brown Ale with Maple Syrup
A brown ale brewed with Vermont Maple Syrup, a complexed and enticing malt bill of dark crystal, biscuit, chocolate & special B malt then hopped with Comet Hops. A beautiful integration of ingredients that result in a balanced brown ale.

A: The beer is very dark brown in color. It poured with a quarter finger high beige colored head that died down but never completely faded away.
S: Light aromas of grassy and spicy hops are present in the nose along with hints of maple syrup, the latter of which becomes stronger as the beer begins to warm up.
T: The taste follows the smell but it stronger and has notes of malts. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an interesting beer. While I thought an English Brown Ale might have paired well with the maple syrup, the hops lend a unique contrast to the maple syrup.
