Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Pour just how an oatmeal stout should look, what with the onyx coloring and finger or so of sandstone foam and whatnot. The nose holds some hard, almost sour-seeming (at times) roast, pretty much nothing but. The taste is mostly the same, dominated by rough roast, some toast, even some sharply bitter greenery gets tossed in for good measure. The mody is a light-leaning medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a sorta/kinda drying finish. A bit too bitterly roasty for my tastes, frankly.
