Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Pours a mostly clear garnet-auburn topped by a finger of light khaki foam. The nose comprises biscuit, orange pith, caramel, light flowers, grapefruit zest, dried honey, and a bit of grass. The taste brings in more of the same, the caramel taking a bit more of the lead (I assume some management training was involved), and some candied orange peel joining the party. The body is a lithe medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a mostly drying finish. A pretty nice BdG, indeed.
